Building is a 5 minute walk from campus, and 2 minute walk from Collegetown, and includes a free gym, an elevator, washers and dryers, a trashroom, and parking spots available to sublet. The apartment has a full kitchen (dishwasher, stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer), a living room, and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom comes with a bed frame, mattress, dresser, closet, desk, and desk chair.
