1 room in a 6-BR Apt

Hi!!! We are looking to sublet two bedrooms of our apartment of 6 bedrooms and 2 baths for the Spring semester 2026, from January 5 to June 5 (5 months). The apartment is in a great location, a short walk from campus in the heart of Collegetown. It will be $1050 pp per month. If you are looking for parking spots, there are also available sublets for spots right outside the building to sublet as well. There is an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, two refrigerators, and each room has a full bed with a desk.
