1 room in a 1-BR Apt

Looking for someone to sublet Spring 2026! I graduate in December :) $650/month spring semester The apartment has a half bathroom (a private toilet and sink). The shower room (a full bathroom) is shared with other units in the hall but almost all of them have a private bathroom, so really you'd be sharing it with 1-2 other people. The shower is cleaned and maintained by building staff regularly. There is a shared kitchen in the building one floor below, also cleaned and maintained by building staff. The apartment is part of Collegetown Terrace, a convenient location between Collegetown and Ithaca Commons, with many amenities in the building, and free access to a shuttle bus service. The shuttle goes 7:30am-4:30pm and stops across from the Law school & Gates Hall on the weekdays, and goes to Walmart/Rens on weekends. You also have free access to two 24/7 hour fitness centers/gyms, multiple study areas, and a media room. All utilities + Wi-Fi included. There are multiple washer/dryer units in the building (CSCPay Mobile), as well as central air and heating. Apartment is furnished, and I have a mini fridge if you want it (free!). Covered parking is available for the year at $950, and uncovered parking is available at $500. Pet-friendly!
